Customer service
I find the app easy to use and easy to find what i am looking for, however when trying to live chat about an issue, it is misleading about whether you are talking to a real person. The live chat starts with simple questions so that the robot can help you. Then if you are still stuck, it gives option to continue with bot or transfer to agent. This gives the indication that an “agent” will be a real person, however based on the language used by the agent, it is clearly another robot. I had to post on their social media page to get their attention.

Bad experience won’t be using banggood again
Ordered replacement parts - no email no contact when the order could not be fulfilled. So it would have sat there for weeks before being sent out. With no notice via email? Easy way to loose a customer - parts will be sent back when they arrive and I will not be using banggood again for any purchases and I’m likely to tell friends and family to avoid a waste of time due to misreporting of available stock…… When I ordered it clearly stated the product was in stock - that’s why I ordered it because it was in stock….. now it turns out it’s not in stock. Then your support agent offers an exchange? I don’t want an exchange for credit - I just want a refund and to not have anything todo with banggood ever again. Simple stuff - do not misreport your stock status…… ‘ in stock ‘ more like ‘ in stock with our suppliers that are 30th in the chain from the manufacturer and take months to get stock out of ‘
