Can’t enter a battle at all game crashes while loading, never had this issue when starting but now it happens with every battle

Firstly, please make sure that there spare data storage space on your device, and you've closed all background applications too.
Now then, Immortal Soul requires a strong and stable internet connection, so that's our next step in this type of situation. If you're using a Data connection, then try switching over to WiFi.
If this doesn't work, clean the cache of your device, and reinstall the game and tell us how did it go through our in-game support, or through our FB page.
