Too much lag.
Too much had to open apps for more than 5-6 times to log into the app. Unable to run through exchange from eth to bch or vise versa on the app which we can on the website.
Scam
This app has been produce to scam your money and they make every excuse to not give you back, not to be basis but their top investors are from Nigeria that is a red flag please do not download or use this app you will never get your money back I have 7k USD stuck in limbo I repeat do not ever put money In this app they will send u to customer service and say they are processing your transaction but they never get back to you or make some Excuse that it is processing this is a scam app please I repeat please don’t not use
I guess this doesn’t work for people living in NZ
Terrible app. No support. I verified myself to silver and still could not purchase any crypto what so ever. Just error after error messages. If you are from NZ, don’t waste your time with this app. As it clearly doesn’t cater for us. Wish they told us when we sign up that it won’t be available for us. At least save us some time
