Bloodstained:RotN 9+

I recently purchased “Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night” with great anticipation, drawn in by its compelling design and the promise of an engaging Metroidvania experience on my iOS devices. Unfortunately, my excitement was quickly dampened as I’ve been unable to start the game due to it crashing to the Home Screen immediately after displaying the NetEase Games logo. This issue persists on both my iPad Pro (5th Gen) and iPhone 15 Pro, preventing me from experiencing the game I eagerly looked forward to playing.

Recognizing the potential for technical hiccups with any software, I promptly contacted customer support to seek assistance with this issue and am currently awaiting their response. My hope in reaching out is not only to find a solution that will allow me to delve into the game but also to help ensure that others might avoid this predicament in the future.

I want to emphasize that my experience with purchasing apps and games via the App Store has been overwhelmingly positive up until this point, and I have never encountered such an issue before. This speaks to the unusual nature of the problem at hand and my confidence that, with effective communication and support, a favorable resolution can be reached.

In writing this review, my aim is not to disparage but to constructively highlight a significant obstacle in accessing a game that has garnered much acclaim. I am hopeful for a swift update or fix that addresses this crashing issue, allowing myself and others to fully enjoy “Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night” on iOS. Thank you for your attention to this matter and your efforts towards a resolution.

This is a superb game, however since 16.1 the game crashes immediately. Please fix!
