Great but not available when needed most!
Great against taxi mafia
Driver held me hostage for 10x fare. Bolt says oh well
When things go wrong, Bolt offers no protection and because you are in a private car - oh well. I was held hostage on side of motorway for 100$ and driven to ATm to pay after getting in a bolt. Verbally threatened and was extremely scared and endangered. Bolt afterwards says it’s not their fault, they have looked into it … and, nothing else. If I’d take a real taxi, I cokld go to police or have a option but bolt doesn’t care, doesn’t look into it. Be aware. Atleast Uber cares about customers
Can’t get cars until at middle of the nights
Books some city trips only during twilight hours and also booked trip to airport at Bangkok and driver took the toll road without asking me when there’s no traffic at all. And asked for cash payment afterwards.
Contacted support and they basically just keep copy and paste sentences from a script and won’t solve my problem or even acknowledge that there was a problem.
