Saw an ad … thought that’s cool opened it used the trial was so user friendly had customised in less than a minute launched & BooM now one of our best performing ads #stoked

Complaining and not recommended

I tried for a trial and end up Paying $103 for a year.
My wife reminded me not to try if an apps is saying for a FREE trial yet I am so convinced to try this apps as all I know it’s a 3 days FREE trial and then I would be ask for a subscription.
I am so disappointed as I’ve just realised that I was charged automatically for a 1 year subscription. If I was asked to subscribe it can chose for a month to try it but not for 1 year.
I never remembered I am asked for a subscription yet I am surprised to have charged for a 1 year subscription paying $103.
I don’t recommend this Apps at all. I felt like I am robbed.

If you signed up for a free trial (attached to a subscription) the subscription will automatically activate unless specifically canceled. This is written in the terms of the app before you sign up as well as in the Subscription Confirmation sent to your inbox. Nevertheless, you can request a refund from Apple Support at any time. Minuscule selection and impossible to contact directly

I tried to contact you through the app but the form doesn’t work. I just bought a one month subscription, I thought it would give me access to more videos but there’s still only a tiny handful in the business sector.

Do I need to wait or is this all the video access I will get?

If the latter, I’d like an immediate reversal of my credit card payment please.
