Excellent app
I love this app, it’s simple and easy to use and very calming. Another review complained about the ads, but the cost of removing the ads is so little, I wonder why they didn’t do it. Worth spending slightly more to remove ads and unlock all the features, such as themes and sounds etc. Very happy with the app, the best I’ve found so far.
Since update advertisements have hijacked this app
Since latest update advertisements have hijacked this app so it doesn’t run and takes you to a game site where I can’t even get back to the app. I used to be able to close the advertisement down with the “x” in the corner. But that “x” now takes me to gaming site without anyway back. I reinstalled. So far ok but in the middle of my breathing routine the advertising pops up with frantic-style gaming. this defeats the purpose of calming breathing exercises! Developer has made big mistake. Was the best app, now one of the worst.
Awesome Little App
This is a great app for breathing exercises. It allows for a lot of flexibility to suit your own preferences. The sound and visual cues are helpful but can easily be turned off if desired. The one thing I would love to see is a selection of preconfigured options with a brief explanation on each. i.e box breathing or deep calm breathing.
