Best budget app I’ve tried

I’ve tried all the budgeting apps out there and this has got to be the best one. The look of the app is amazing and it has a great system for logging transactions and making a budget. I got the subscription because I wanted to make more categories and I think it’s worth the money. I would to love to see an overall budget graph with income, expenses, and savings all on the same graph! Honestly budgeting is so much easier with this app and I love showing it off to friends because the app looks so nice!

Excel Is Easier

God forbid you ever have to update your reoccurring transactions or budget. If you put a reoccurring transaction for a year and you’ve made a mistake or it changes at any point or you have decided to remove that transaction as you can’t afford it anymore, be prepared to go through manually to every single date for that year and delete all forward transactions 1 by 1 manually.

Also if your income changes or increases again be prepared to edit each weekly input for the next year manually.

Oh but there’s a delete all transactions button, that will remove literally everything so you can have the joy of entering every signal transaction…again…

But hey at lest they store the transactions settings in the reoccurring section settings, which you can change the date to start again in the next month, which doesn’t work so you have to delete all those stored reoccurring transaction settings in addition to the wipe, because otherwise you’ll get duplicates in the settings which for some reason one part of the app reads but the transaction section doesn’t, meaning you get double expenses and income in one section but NO transactions and data in the other.

Terrible app, would recommend for someone who likes to redo their entire yearly budget each night from scratch over and over again.

Doesn’t sync to banking app

It doesn’t sync to your banking app so unless you’re only planing on making one or two transactions then it’s easy to update it in the evening otherwise you’ll loose motivation to keep logging everything down, it becomes difficult if you Laybuy something and it wants you to break all your payments down yourself so you set it to weekly then if you have a monthly payment you need to break it all down, since I only pay some bills on different weeks it didn’t really add up for me my weekly spend/available money so I quickly lost interest however it’s a pretty app with nice functionality and appealing graphics
