Stupid check in feature

Doesn't matter when you place your order, you still have to check in before they start making your order. You can only check in when you're close, as in, 1 min away. They apparently haven't heard of cars before and there's little point in ordering via this app as you still have to wait 5-10 minutes for them to make it. If only they let you check in from greater distances or at least day "cook now" when you order.

Burger King Civic

Long story short you need to ship up your staff. They had no idea what we talking about when we showed the Cashier at the till our online order number. They just asked us “what is that?” Then walked off and continued serving & doing other things. So we stood trying to find out what we ordered so we could tell the cashier our exact order, For some god forsaken reason she starts making a new order even when we told her we already ordered & payed online. Finally The manager brought our order out & then starts asking about “some other order”
when we told her we didn’t order that we were telling the cashier our order we already payed for so she knew what was going on she got annoyed. The thing is this could have been avoided if they just communicated & listened no one told us to wait our order isn’t ready or anything so we thought we’d let them know what our order was so they knew, Because honestly they looks so lost and they didn’t communicate so I thought they didn’t know our order. It was our first time using online ordering it’ll probably be our last too. Try to encourage your staff to communicate please. I understand they might not be having a good day or things like that but they need to communicate with costumers. Like a simple “your order isn’t ready yet”

Don’t trust the credit card entry

It’s always deeply suspicious when an iOS app requests I enter credit card details rather than take the extra half a day to add Apple Pay functionality. Can only imagine the potential hassle with this when these notoriously insecure apps are hacked. The great news is, the credit card entry doesn’t recognise my details, leaving me unable to proceed or pay for my order. No harm no foul I guess.

I notice there’s a litany of complaints about lost loyalty points. Maybe consider this before giving your credit card over to a developer that doesn’t know how to manage an XML sheet.
