They steal your reward point
They steal your reward point with out telling you they are going to expire. Really disappointing. Customer service take forever to reply to say, they do expire but we don’t warn you in our Q&A or anywhere they are going to disappear. Great coupon deals but please be honest with your customer
Burger King Civic
Long story short you need to ship up your staff. They had no idea what we talking about when we showed the Cashier at the till our online order number. They just asked us “what is that?” Then walked off and continued serving & doing other things. So we stood trying to find out what we ordered so we could tell the cashier our exact order, For some god forsaken reason she starts making a new order even when we told her we already ordered & payed online. Finally The manager brought our order out & then starts asking about “some other order”
when we told her we didn’t order that we were telling the cashier our order we already payed for so she knew what was going on she got annoyed. The thing is this could have been avoided if they just communicated & listened no one told us to wait our order isn’t ready or anything so we thought we’d let them know what our order was so they knew, Because honestly they looks so lost and they didn’t communicate so I thought they didn’t know our order. It was our first time using online ordering it’ll probably be our last too. Try to encourage your staff to communicate please. I understand they might not be having a good day or things like that but they need to communicate with costumers. Like a simple “your order isn’t ready yet”
Great app only one thing
Love this app but every time I open it I’ve got to sign in. Doesn’t help when I’m the drive through and trying to order and get points. I’ve sent an email to the bk app feedback and got the will reply within 3 days and it’s been 3 months at least.
