Easy to pick up and use

I have used this for a few years with different start ups and as a relationship tool and pipeline review its excellent. Mobile is easy to use too. Once you get into more detailed segmentation and reporting probably time to move on

Are you able to add some kind of setting so the salesperson gets a reminder to contact the client every certain number of days?
