Carbon Diet Coach is a science-based nutrition app designed by renowned nutrition coaches Dr. Layne Norton (Ph.D. Nutritional Sciences) and Registered Dietitian Keith Kraker (BS Dietetics).

It does everything a normal nutrition coach would but at a fraction of the cost. Simply select your goal, answer a few short questions, and it does the rest! You will get a customized nutrition plan based on YOUR goals and metabolism.

Takes Out The Guesswork

It’s one thing to keep track of calories/macros, but how do we know what targets to aim for? Carbon is fantastic in that it is CUSTOM to our OWN PERSONAL goals! The science backed, evidence based set up means you don’t need to waste hours trying to calculate your own numbers. I wish I had Carbon when I first competed in bodybuilding instead of wasting thousands of dollars on a useless cookie-cutter “coach”. I’m using this from New Zealand, which means I don’t have access to the food database within the app, but it doesn’t deter me one bit. IN FACT, I’m now using Carbon to compete in another bodybuilding show which I never thought I would do again after being so disillusioned with the dieting aspect last time. AND, I can’t wait to start a safe, healthy reserve diet using Carbon after the show, instead of being left out to dry with zero guidance. I finally feel like I can safely and easily work towards any goals I have whilst using this. I signed up for a one year subscription, which I will be renewing upon completion!

Best Nutrition Coaching App

This app is worth every cent. I have learnt more about consistency and compliance in the last 12 months of using Carbon than what I have ever learned trying to meet my nutrition goals on my own.
I still record my food on a different app, because I have all my repeated recipes etc already set up, and it works better for NZ brands. However I record all my macros and other data on Carbon, and every week, I let the app adjust my calories and macros to meet my goal, and it’s AWESOME!

And have to say the support from the support team and owners is phenomenal - they are really responsive and helpful and know their stuff.

Carbon App

This app is next level! It’s not like all then other food tracker apps because it’s so much more than just a tracker. As well as tracking your macros there is an amazing built in coach that adjusts your calorie intake as your results change. Having tried tracking apps for years to lose weight (and not having much success), since starting with Carbon I’ve dropped a quarter of my body weight and used their coaching and support to maintain muscle mass. It’s unbelievably well priced too. Give it a try you will not be disappointed if you’d ready to make a complete lifestyle change foe the better ❤️
