Excellent
Saved me from having to check some foreign websites for flight times (which was such a pain to not only figure out but also re-check) when original applications failed me. There were timely updates to every flight and never wrong once—will definitely use again.
Useless Customer Service
Useless customer service. We can’t even rebook our flight or maybe just convert into points or voucher or something as we had a car accident days before the flight. The insurance won’t cover it they said the insurance will start from the day of the flight. What a rubbish!! As if we know that we are going to be in an accident we might prevented it from happening. Customer service keep on passing us to different service agents and without any solution ay us and just left us hanging. We didn’t even bother to call again as we are so stressed at that time as we were in the hospital still recovering. If there’s anything that you guys needed to do to get better get us OUR MONEY BACK!!!! or at least do some about it because you guys never did.

Handy app
Love this app. Keeps my flights handy and easy to load. Even when you encounter a problem with what you think is the correct registration etc the ability to fwd the email details to them more often than not gets the job done.
Exceptions occur where the airline may not use Amadeus.
