Service at Geelong West

Jas helped us do some very tricky tasks as we live in NZ but come to Aus for 1-2 months at a time. Very frustrating trying to this without being in Australia. Our debit card expired and now will take 10 days to be delivered- too slow as this trip is only 12 days. Jas was patient and helpful and tried some helpful alternative solutions as main branch locked my husband out of joint account. Over 50 minutes on wait - this needs to be sorted faster!! Comm bank here was helpful but head office process is terrible- delays on phone/ replacement of card process. Even tried from NZ on phone and it was charged (used landline as instructed and still no help!).

Wonderful contact centre service

Hello Team,
I had a general enquiry regarding not having received my bank card since opening my account on 7th July.
The lovely lady who helped me over the phone was super helpful, kind and patient and I really appreciated her great support over the phone to sort this matter out. The lady was friendly and real good to deal with and I wanted to put forward very positive feedback for her. Hopefully her manager can be informed of her super helpful and supportive attitude - five out of five Stars for customer support on the phone!!! Thank you Commonwealth Bank call centre team - you guys are the best A+++++

Excellent app

Since setting up my CBA account and the app in March 2023, and then moving to Australia in June 2023, I’ve seen this app get better and better. It’s rock solid on my iPhone 14 Pro and works as it should. It’s easy to navigate and figure out where things are. The user interface is mostly clean and uncluttered. And the transition to embedded browser access to CBA for certain tasks is seamless. Top marks, this is how a banking app should be.
