Offline multiplayer and AI are good but online needs work
Offline modes are good. Animations are smooth and a nice touch. AI mode is neat. But I mainly downloaded this to play with a friend overseas.
We can connect initially fine but it loses connection quite often mid game. I've been able to use website connect 4 games online with them fine w/o the online connection issue. If that improves, I'll redownload this again.
If you just want an offline practice mode or something to play with friends on a bus or plane ride, then this is great otherwise.
A bit annoying
Takes too long to load each turn. And the countdown timer for every round is annoying.
A great app
This app is exactly what you would expect from Connect 4, and it does it perfectly. I’ve whittled away countless idle hours on this, and the hard CPU still gets me every now and then. All in all a great app.
