Great game but few bugs
Love the game - it’s just the right amount of challenge and difficulty but there are a lot of options to get rewards and diamonds/money. Unfortunately there’s been a bug lately where you can’t exit the ads - every time I click the “x” it takes me to the App Store and I can’t get back in the game or get my reward. I have to keep exiting the game but it will keep happening every time I watch an ad. Please fix this because I can’t actually do gain rewards or increase customer patience! Thanks.

The ads are a lie
None of the scenes in the ads are from the games. Also all the “screenshots” on this app page are also bull puckey. No part of the game - at least to level 30 - includes actually “treating” patients’ complaints.
That said, this is an ok game in the cafe-diner type make things fast and serve all the customers before time runs out kind of game. The actual gameplay involves being a single nurse in a ward and picking up pills, creams, tweezers etc for the doctor to work on patients, moving them to xray machine, cleaning the beds for new patients and so on. So if that sounds like what you’d like to play, go for it.

Stuck
Patients queuing up are too close together so it’s hard to select the one you want. I’m stuck on a level because the patients are getting angry and leaving before I can help them because I keep grabbing the wrong ones
