Definitely works. Setup, including AML CDD, was only a few minutes. Setting up a credit card for purchasing was a little hard to find, but worked fine. Purchasing had a fairly typical (for crypto) 4% ticket-clip, so that has to be factored. Withdrawal, unlike what others have written, was not an issue so it is *not a scam*, at least in terms of my test 12 x ALGO withdrawal to a personal Exodus wallet, however, the charge was ridiculously high at 0.50 ALGO versus the 0.01 it should be for an ALGO transaction (e.g. from Binance to Exodus).

The service is absolutely terrible. I needed to change the phone number and because I had moved to another country. The bot asked me to contact support. I contact support through live chat so many times and the bot would say someone will come to you. Some came back to my after 5-8 days and always said sorry please raise your ticket again. This happened like 2-5 times. I had to give up on live chat and then I emailed the company and I have received no response.

I cannot believe how bad the experience is. I usually don’y write bad reviews but I have wasted months trying to get in touch with them. I would highly recommend NOT TO SIGN UP and stay away.

This app is absolutely impossible to withdraw money from if you are in NZ. Apparently you need to send funds via SEPA to link your bank acc but the Lithuanian beneficiary details given aren’t in English so the funds just bounce back. When seeking advice through email and chats you end up with a different person every time who requests verification of identity every time. Then they tell me the SEPA withdrawal feature is under maintenance for 78 hours… it has been a month and the feature is still not back therefore it is literally IMPOSSIBLE for me to access my money! And they have no alternative way to withdraw while this feature is unavailable! The bank has also contacted me saying they are on their radar as a scamming site so stay away if you’re a kiwi.
