Followed directions, cannot push the search icon to find my tab device. App won’t let me... I am using an iphoneX so should be compatible with tabs, app and other devices

Bad app needs lots of work very stable ...but when you look for your phone by pushing the button on the tracker it only makes a notification!!! No alarm or beep nothing !! Works good the other way tho (so far)
