Premium service
Premium service at a decent price. Not the cheapest vpn but not the most expensive either. App is easy to use and works well.
Could do with a bit more control
I think it’s a good vpn, however I would like it if you could select more than just the country. I live in New Zealand, so if I wanted to connect to America, a city on the west side would be the best place to connect. If I end up with New York I get almost double the ping I would get if I connected to Los Angeles. Another complaint I had was when I connected to some servers it would get stuck at 1kb download & 1kb upload and wouldn’t change from that. Would be cool to be able to blacklist servers so you didn’t have to re-experience problems like that. Anyway, overall I don’t have much experience with using VPN, but I do still find this the best I’ve used so far. I’d give it another star if you’d fix the server problem, and even maybe 5 stars if you made it so there was more control in the app.
(Conditionally) works perfectly
CyberGhost works great and to date provides excellent security and is able to give you access to the services you want... IF you do things correctly. Before you buy your subscription contact cyberghost directly and let them guide you. My experience with their customer support was excellent. I use cyberghost in my laptop and iOS and is everything I need out of a VPN.
