The MyPay mobile app is a payroll application for employees of organisations who use Datacom’s DataPay payroll software to pay their staff.
MyPay provides a range of functions and information to employees that are pay related. It requires the organisation to have enabled Employee Self Service and you use the same login details as you would when you login to the Employee Self Service portal.
Datacom develops payroll software for Australian and New Zealand organisations. Datacom’s payroll software is cloud based and continually being improved. Every time an organisation logs into Datacom’s system, they access the latest version.

Easy to use, however crashes when trying to make changes
New version is great, however when trying to request changes for payroll setup (like changing bank account number) crashes the app every time.
It’s really easy to apply for leave when you think of it rather than trying to remember to do it later.
And best of all, it doesn’t rely on Adobe Flash (so it still works, unlike their web site!!)
Never gives me the correct day for my next pay day, then updates when that day has passed. This leaves me with little confidence in the app

Pay Day dashboard counts down to the number of days remaining until your organisation processes salary and wages and send to bank for the employees to be paid. For example, if the organisation sends salary and wages to the bank on the 14th of June, and the employee looked at their Pay Day dashboard today (6th of June) it will say 8 DAYS.
If your dashboard is not working as mentioned above then please do let your organisation’s payroll team know.
