Happy so far!
Really happy with the app and website so far! Everyone on here is super reliable, the dress I ordered was exactly as in the photo and I’ve sold one pair of shoes on it so far. Only improvement I would suggest is push notifications? I am not getting any notifications of messages on the app itself, I am only notified via email but if it went through the app directly it would be much easier to use.
So far, good concept but I’m not impressed.
So, as another reviewer said, push notifications would be great. But there aren’t any at all, which is incredibly dangerous since the products are all so high in price. For example, you can only dispute an order for up to 24 hours after the tracking says it has been received. But what if you aren’t actively tracking it? The tracking is shown within the app, but you aren’t told anything, so you may not receive your order, thinking you’ll get a notification about the tracking, and then not be able to dispute it at all. Also, in the dispute form every line is formatted as if it’s an email, so don’t expect ease of use there. And there’s no way to track a dispute, or a confirmation that your dispute has gone through — again, this is so dangerous when you are dealing with hundreds of dollars. Until the issues are fixed, I’d suggest save your time and use TradeMe or another option, because right now it’s much too risky. I mean, signatures for expensive items aren’t required at all.
Tried multiple times to resolve an issue, with absolutely zero response. No phone number to call them on directly, so was left waiting and waiting. The only response I received for days was that they had merged my ticket with another one, but didn’t hear anything from an actual person until after the situation had resolved itself, with zero input from anyone on their customer service team. The amount you get after postage and their fees scarcely makes it worth it.
