Love it - Great service buuut
Love this app for the regular updates. But every time I try to give feedback I struggle to find the right place and feel like I’m going through an endless loop. But great delivery service and they follow my instructions which is most appreciated.

DHL Snail Mail, not Express
Just paid thousands to have 3 items shipped from the US to New Zealand. Items arrived in NZ after about 5 days which I thought was quite reasonable but after that it all went south, DHL NZ Express do not deserve the Express title. Items sat in Auckland NZ for over a month and if I wasn’t ringing them every few days to push them along god know how long they would have sat there. Over 6 weeks to get my items delivered. Totally unacceptable service for the price paid. Any requests or emails from DHL were answered in 3-4 hours. Often the only way I found out what the next step was, was by ringing customer service after seeing no action for a few days, I will definitely not be recommending or using DHL again.

Tracking updates are confusing
Had to check my parcel tracking today, it showed that it was shipped from the sender, arrived in the destination country yesterday, then showed it was being handled in another country today… I had to start a chat with DHL to find out why it was being sent away from the destination country it had arrived in, to find out that the updates do get muddled when pre-arrival delivery acceptance is cleared for a parcel. May need to think about how the app can be updated to reflect this and remove the confusion 👍🏼
