This is my first time delivering food. I am enjoying it as it comes. Day one the bonus was $4.5 and day 2 it was $4 and day 3 it is $3.50.
Not sure if it is a business strategy to save $ or is it my performance?
But overall people r happy 2 have an alternative for Ubereats.
All the best to u guys. New Zealand market is very different so play ur A game only. Business here in NZ come and go but I really hope you guys 2 stay here for long time.

App is a nightmare
Using this app is a night mare. I accepted a order and showed the order to the restaurant and started waiting. After 20 mins of waiting when the order was ready the cashier wanted to confirm the order number but the app decides to go blank.
I signed out than signed back in multiple times but still didn’t work. I called the dasher support team but their option #2 for dashers didn’t work than I chose opt #1 and they transferred me to an agent just to be told to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I can’t even reinstall it now!!!
I wasted 15 mins driving to the pick up location than another 20-30 mins waiting for the order without being paid
Please resolve this asap!
Regarding map
We are getting updates after we reached at the delivery point. As the customer already send a message that she changed her address but I only see it after reached the first address and drive another 1.2kms more than the actual distance shown on the order.
