Takes forever to connect to device

I bought the DP10 and turns out it does NOT have loop recording, meaning it just stops recording when the card is full. What’s worse is that the device doesn’t even tell you that it’s full.. it just STOPS recording but from the outside, it still blinks like it does.

On the second day of operation, card is corrupted.

This app’s main purpose is to just format the card when it gets corrupted and delete files when the card is full. Connecring rhe app to the device takes ages adding more frustration to daily operation.

Not connecting with iPhone 14 Pro

I have two cameras: DP10 and DP250.
DP10 is configured in my device as I bought it a year ago, however, it’s no lo get connecting.
I have purchased a DP250 and I’m trying to add the device and it’s not connecting either. In both cases I am connected to their respective wifi networks.
I have tried with two different iPhones and getting the same issue
