ehoa is the first digital application of its kind that connects tracking your own energy, emotions and/or menstrual cycle alongside the māori lunar calendar system, known as maramataka, for the purpose of improving overall wellbeing and unlocking personal potential through observation of self and the environment.
We believe that using ehoa will support you holistically in all parts of your life whilst creating a positive ripple effect within the community around you and the way you connect to your land (whenua)

Great app - just needs the ability to revisit logged days
Everything I’ve been looking for in terms of a holistic women’s health app. Would just like the capability to review previous days and what I’ve logged already (so I can see what symptoms I was feeling last cycle for example). At the moment when selecting a previous day, users can only see what colour energy they reported for a day and then you’re prompted to check in again. Hope this helps!
Please fix logging out issue
Really like this app, it’s been great for tracking the māramataka and my period, however one thing is stopping me from being able to access it and update it as frequently as I would like and that’s the logging out aspect. Even if I logged in the day before it will request me to log in again every day. Please fix this issue
