Offered as part of the public employment services implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Mongolia and the General Office for the Labor and Welfare Services of Mongolia, this app operates as a matchmaker by providing automated recommendation service that matches job seekers with employers by predicting the most suitable jobs and job seekers using data analytics and artificial intelligence machine learning algorithms. It assigns compatibility scores based on 20+ criteria such as location, demographics, job history, category codes, keywords, etc. in the job seeker and job data.
Job seekers can also benefit from the comprehensive job search tools, CV builder, Kanban board to track application status, while they can send their CV to employer with one click.
