So easy and convenient to shop
The worst form of customer service ever experienced
Due to the company’s own systems failing to record accurate stock, my purchase was cancelled without any notification to me. END then failed to provide a refund for the money they had taken from my bank account. It wasn’t until I chased them up multiple times through every communication available that I was told a refund “would be” actioned. I am still waiting. Worst online shopping experience, there are far superior online retailers with the exact same brands at better prices. Save yourself the hassle and avoid END
Flagged as a bot?
Have purchased several things through the app, but was then flagged as a bot halfway through browsing. Was told to contact customer service. Customer service couldn’t help, told me to wait 24 hours and use the website instead. Crappy
