The game itself is glitchy in different aspects but playable.
Linking your account can become an issue. I tried to link my game and I lost it. Have been dealing with customer service for 8 days going in circles! I’ve lost so much on my account over those days. They didn’t even bubble it to keep it safe. Their replies to email is once a day, they rotate you through their staff. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever! Can’t log on to the forum it says my email is invalid. So I have no hope of recovery wasting time and money! You can’t unlink accounts and start a different server it’s ridiculous.

This game is simply for profit for the makers. The game play is very bad. Must hide in a bubble from larger credit card holders and you can’t win a battle against the richer players. The game is rigged so you feel like at casino and flashing lights to spend real money for fake items with the hope you can progress in the game. Yet you would have to spend thousands to get enough resources to beat the top guys and as soon as you are high ranked you will be attacked for your resources if you don’t hide them. You have to unhide to upgrade the building etc yet if your short of one item like bricks all your resources can be taken. The chips are very cheap in order to help you develop and get more expensive. If you sleep longer than 8 hours and don’t have a bubble on at 8:01 you will be attacked and loose any arms and resources. Don’t waste your time or money. Command and conquer game 20 years ago was ten times as good. Backwards in game development. You kids would be progressing faster at the casino. With your credit card.

Dear player. Charge may give players' advantage in some degree. But it is not everything. Friends give you more power. Every player has his play method. We will also strive to make the game balance.

The 5 star reviews are awesome reviews from people who have loads of patience and a great gaming experience…

The 1 star reviews I have also read are true, commonly known faults and customer service complaints and resolutions are frustrating.

So if you are willing to pay some time and money into a game that has these pros and cons, you have to be patient and willing to loose money for a good experience with Evony The Kings Return - Napoleon.

My experience is varied, I was not able to login to my main account for 2 weeks (lucky I have a great alliance whom protected me from svs and others).

Once my main account was “fixed”, I started having login issues with my 2nd farm account (and continue to have till this day).

Money was spent in both accounts, I cannot login to my farm account and find customer service frustrating and useless that I no longer bother with this account.

Yes I’m still having fun with my main account but could all be better if customer service was better and the glitches were fixed asap (they are fixed way after the damages have occurred where they compensate far too little from what huge losses have been made).

From here… customer service will probably ask me for my farm account details for a remedy, or delete this review? Watch this space >>>>>>>>
