Hey when I try to change the face of the watch it will always say fail I’ve reset it all and noting worked cause u see what happening

Why have you's not fixed the problem with your app or has it expired and you’s no longer have this app cause I can’t do anything with my watch and my watch is useless , I can’t login can’t get a verification code cause I was thinking it was my password but no it’s everything.
No connecting
Every time I try to go to change the background on my watch it’s is not connecting. When is connecting
