One of the best tower defence games ever
Really challenging and addictive! I keep going back to see if I can crack the harder levers...... Great towers lots of fun, would highly recommend
It's ok but nothing special
I'm a big fan of TD games and I have played many in the past. One of my favourite being bloons. Seeing the towers in this game excited me as they looked cool and I was looking forward to unlocking certain properties such as splash damage, bigger radius in a weapon (like in bloons if you have played it). This game doesn't provide that experience, and this causes the gameplay to get very boring very fast. The troops aren't recognisable in a way that you can see their weakness. So every troop feels the same it just feels like they get more health as you progress the current level. Laser tower is the best thing i have unlocked so far as it requires a little bit of thinking on how you can place it to get as much damage as possible, but thats about it. Very basic game gets boring 2.5 out of 5
Does not provide true ipad 3 retina display support
Gameplay is great.
But the system requirements say the ipad is supported and so is retina display. While both comments are true by themselves, the combination of iPad 3 AND retina display is not supported. Hope that is coming....
For now, you must still use the 2x display expanding option for the iPad 3.
