i love this app. i found out so much about people. so many of my family & friends unfollowed me without knowing but thanks to this app, they showed they're true colours. 1 thing i wanted to see was who was blocking me but i couldn't because i had to pay but that's alright. overall a good active app
Slow to load, some metrics not accurate
The initial loading takes AGES! But once it’s loaded once, the subsequent refresh isn’t too bad.
All the standard metrics are fine (followers / unfollowers / blockers etc).
But I noticed the “secret admirers” aren’t accurate. Since it’s based on people who have interacted with your page but don’t follow you, it’s ends up just people you used to follow you and used to interact with your page (eg old friend, ex-partners). And since doesn’t account for the time frame of the interaction, ie when that person liked/commented or when they unfollowed you, it’s not really accurate.
Same with the ghost followers, since it’s the people who follow you but don’t interact with your stuff, it’s dominated by businesses and people who don’t use Instagram to like, just to post. So it doesn’t account for the fact that page doesn’t interact with anyone, not just you.
Also doesn’t include views on stories in metrics, which I feel like is a big chunk of activity nowadays.
Used to be great, now doesn’t even load
This app used to be excellent a couple of years ago. No issues apart from a bit of a wait time as it loads while refreshing your latest stats. But now the app doesn’t refresh at all to show you your latest stats. The percentage in the corner that indicates how far through the refresh is, is stuck on 1% and will not increase no matter how long I wait.
