Earlier, we went ahead and presented the Custom Share option. The new share makes it even easier for you to share & save your food diary more quickly, and it looks nice. Share your diaries easily with your Coach, Dietitian, Doctor, or friend. You can focus on becoming mindful of your eating habits, fitness journey, allergies, or your reason for keeping a food diary or reporting to your Nutrition Coach.

Great App

I love the SHYE app and use the paid version, however the free version was also great. I used it to share with my nutritionist for a while but now love having a visual reminder of meals I have eaten. I use the notes section to write about my workouts, sleep and my steps and my general well-being. Often I can look over my week and see why I’d be tired or feeling yuck and tweak from there. The app is exactly what you would expect. I admit though I am very tempted to try the SHYE 80/20 app so I may try this instead at my next renewal.

Easy recording food diary

Food diaries are such a drag when a health professional insists you record your intake for a week or more. This app is awesome for photos of whole meal or write a note about what you ate, or both.

A WASTE OF TIME! UPSET! X(

I was so satisfied, made photos of my meals for many days and decided to check what I ate in past week or two cause I started eating healthy and less but I caaant! I have to pay, no thanks. Now I’m upset cause I waisted so much time taking all the photos with my or somebody’s phone all the time that now I can’t even check it. Frustrated. Spoiled mood. I didn’t need some special stuff, thought finally found smth nice where I can just save my meal photos for free! I didn’t even need anything else what you tried to offer. Garbage!!! :((((((((
