I have tried so many times to put through my order using fotofinish as NZ WS dont use printicular which is ridiculous because it works 10 times better than Fotofinish. Everytime I add to the cart, it won’t let me pay or process through the order. no matter how many times I try. The workers here in Auckland just don’t understand how frustrating it can be. I’m willing to pay extra $$ if I use printicular, i just want my order!!! 😡😡😡😡
Trouble paying
I’m having trouble paying using my Debit card. So far I’ve to buy two different things off this app and each time it hasn’t accepted my card. The first time I was able to get the payment through after the second day at trying but this time it just isn’t working ☹️ I’ve also tried to go in store to pay but they can’t access my account to accept my payment 😫
Waste of time.
I spent 7+ hours creating a book - only to have no save button - and when you click “add to cart”, it pops up with a message covering the whole screen - but you can’t click accept or decline because it doesn’t fit in the screen. This means you have to exit the app and lose all your hard work.
