Great service, very reliable and works like a breeze - truly the best way to book online with salons
Rip off artists
They have a 20% new client fee. Not only is that literally all our profit after tax and overheads, they will still charge you 20% if you cancel that client for any reason. I was sick and had to cancel a client I lost money that I didn’t even make! Honestly they’re just money hungry and it’s getting worse

Can book but can’t reschedule appointments
Despite there being a reschedule button, the app doesn’t save your changes. Poor user experience
