dear oh dear. ,

Urgent upgrade needed NOW!

I have just upgraded my camera to a Fujifilmx100v and have downloaded the app to my iPhone and iPad and opened it on my camera but the iPhone and iPad can’t find the camera and the camera can’t find the iPhones or iPad! I have deleted the apps and reloaded but to no avail. This is not the sort of thing I expect from a firm like Fujifilm. Why can’t they put some resources towards getting it fixed? A very big disappointment.

Works Fine

Installed the app a few months ago for my fujifilm x camera and couldn’t seem to connect or app seems to crash however, after reinstalling the app it has finally connected with my camera and i can now remotely take photos/film with my camera through my phone! Everything in the app seems to be working just fine as its supposed to :)

Good features poorly implemented

The iOS13 update really messed with my Fuji GFXr and XPro2’s connectivity.
The experience is very frustrating, with constant prompts of “Not Connected”, despite following all troubleshooting tips.
The app’s requirement to navigate to “Select [WIRELESS COMMUNICATION ] on your Camera” is weird, since there is no “Wireless Communication” menu item on either of my FUJIFILM cameras!
When it finally connects, the camera cannot be used unless via the app. Even after quitting the app, the camera remains locked. Only fixed by removing the battery and re-inserting it.
Please fix this app Fujifilm!
