Great service, not very good app
Aside from the constant crashes, the app is not very well designed. There doesn’t seem to be any way to track your order. Sometimes I forget what I ordered or even if I ordered anything (it happens!) but I’m left with no confirmation of it on the app. Also I’m not sure why the restaurant info is separate from the menus, and there’s no filter function to sort the restaurant results.
Work in Progress
More than happy to change my review at a later date as the service has always been excellent, however the app is new and has some issues to iron out. So far with updates all my points of frustration has been resolved so I’m happy as feedback is being taken into account and acted upon accordingly.
Good service, awful app
The service and people who deliver it are excellent. I’d much rather use this than Uber Eats. Bad the app is slow, poorly designed, and badly implemented. Basic features are in baffling places, bugs are commonplace. It makes me concerned for the security of this service.
