-automatically load discounts/promo codes when at the checkout
-stay logged in after closing the app
- stop ‘helpful hints’ pop up after the first appearance

Overall very happy, great shopping experience, great app and great product!!!

Downloaded it to get the 15% off, tried logging in, it sent me a “magic link” to help me login to my email.

The app then persisted on the screen. I was unable to change apps to get the “magic link” from my emails.

Every time I would nav to another app it would force return me to the glassons app.

I was unable to quit the app or even turn off my phone.

I started to panic thinking I accidentally installed a fake version of the app and got a virus.

My phone then turned itself off (presumably from overload).

That experience was literally like what it would be like to install a virus on your phone. Absolutely terrifying in the moment because of the implication of accidentally giving a scam app your login details.

I will not shop from the glassons website, let alone app again.

I can see a review from JANUARY THIS YEAR the user had the same experience as me. Seems like no one is looking at these reviews.

As a Product Owner for an app myself I’d be prioritising investigation of this issue to make sure it’s not widespread.

The app is full of bugs/glitches and doesn't work properly. The interface looks good but isn't very functional. I always have to skip hints every time I open the app, constantly have to log in again when I get logged out randomly, and can't view/buy clothes because out of nowhere I will open a product and everything after will display as not available for long periods of time. I keep hoping these will get fixed when a new update comes out, but they haven't been. Please fix this, I love shopping here but the app is not nice to use when I can barely use it to view or purchase anything.
