Great mechanics
Honestly, this game has one of the best mechanics I’ve seen in quite a while within games of this genre.
The graphics make it quite a charming game too.
It also did a great job with its tutorials - taking the player step by step and being careful not to bombard the player with all the information at once.

Game is rigged so have to spend money constantly
I’m probably giving this game up. There is never an option to get any free gems. I can’t pass level 35 in Silver Pike as need to upgrade hotel. Can’t do it without gems! I have heaps of money. I’ve found another hotel game that is slightly easier and just as much fun. I’ve spent money on this game but refuse to just keep paying and paying to play.
Thanks for your feedback but what I’m trying to say is there is no option ever of letting me watch videos for gems! So I can’t upgrade ever! I have loads of money!

Thanks for the answer! Upgrade gems can be obtained by completing endless levels in completed hotels and in daily gifts. We're sorry you didn't enjoy the game, but you don't have to pay for it! All required rewards can be obtained free of charge.
Frustrating!
Good game but even though you had enhanced all the hotel features is still impossible to pass a level due to characters taking ages to leave their room. It seems like it has been made like this to delay the pass forward to new hotels and is very frustrating. I’ve played Highlander Castle level 80 hundreds of time, with nothing else to improve and even with the speed booster I can’t pass it. Really annoying!

Hello, it is indeed a difficult level, but it can be passed even without a booster, we are monitoring it. To make the guests leave the rooms faster, you should try to add your luggage as soon as possible, also you can prepare some orders in advance.
