Painfully slow
Please fix your servers or something, it’s 2023 - apps should not be this dreadfully slow.
Very slow and poor quality
Uploaded 300 photos through the app on my phone, a lot of them weren’t the bestest quality when uploaded from my phone but were very clear in my photos folder on my phone.
Anyways then went to pay and it said it had to upload the photos before purchasing. ITS TAKEN OVER TWO HOURS and it won’t upload unless I’m on the page so can’t use my phone during this time. Would not be doing this again, I am off to another photo site.
Can’t even log in
I created a photo book on the desktop site, which I logged into using my Facebook account. When I try to log in to the website on my mobile browser it redirects me to the app, but as the app doesn’t have a “log in via Facebook” option I can’t get in to see the status of my order. There doesn’t seem to be a “use desktop site” option either. Very frustrating. Maybe the app right before defaulting to it!
