Hero Wars: Alliance 12+

I’m having fun. Plenty to think about - so many dimensions to the game and resource management is always a challenge. Finding a good Guild to belong to adds comradeship, teamwork and earns you extra resources, too. Support sometimes leaves a lot to be desired, if you strike a problem, however. There’s also a few glitches in the game, but not enough to ruin it. It’s worth playing, but be careful - it’s highly addictive! UPDATE: Support has markedly improved lately and the new events that include “shops” are a great way of building up your heroes. It would help to have more than same day announcements of upcoming events, though. NEW UPDATE: I made a huge in-game blunder recently and Support came through for me absolutely magnificently. They were able to put things right for me in a very timely fashion. A huge improvement in Support. I’d now go so far as to say it’s good, perhaps even very good!

I like the game, even though it is extremely expensive for pay to play.

The support is shocking though. I recently upgraded to iOS 14 and my account has been reset back to the start of the game. I have tried multiple time to get help through technical support web page but no support ticket has been generated and not contact has been made back to me. My guild are trying to get help through in game advisors but these requests just go through to a chat bot. I have spend thousands of dollars on this game and now I have lost it all through a game upgrade that was obviously insufficiency tested. With no support. Terrible customer service is all I can say.

Great time killer game. Risk of getting hooked on all the aspects of the game and the plethora of quests and rewards. Just be sure you are fine spending a few dollars to really get the most quality life out of this game in raids and Celeste. Only drawbacks are it’s a steep learning curve and there’s a lot to learn. Sometimes there are bugs/glitches but they are usually fixed quickly and with an in game gift to boot. I just wish they had a better in game chat system and maybe the ability to add friends to make it feel more like a team game especially with poor in game chat features.
