They were unusually busy, but got to me in time
I had to wait for about 3 hours for someone to be able to attend to me, but when they were able to message me, they had my issues sorted within a minute. They also had all the information I required to help me help myself. Thank you. This is my 2nd esim I have purchased in 6 months. We had no issues while in Europe. Now we will see how we go in Australia

Very helpful
We used our first e-sim in Turkey and everything worked perfectly. We were extremely happy and the set up instructions are clear as long as you follow each step carefully.
When I installed our second e-sim for Europe, I must have made a little error in the set up process which resulted in no mobile data for our first day. On contacting Holafly (while using wifi) we got very good help and clear instructions which has resulted in success!! We are very impressed with Holafly customer service.
