Before your cruise, you can review all the services available to guests, check out events and shore excursions planned for your trip, and review an interactive Holland America Line fleet map to see the destinations where our ships sail.
Once on board, connect to the ship’s WiFi to view dining menus, spa services, shore excursions, chat with other guests and more at no additional charge. (An onboard Internet purchase is NOT required to use the Navigator app.)

Ratings and Reviews
An Abomination
This app is an absolute abomination. The UX is awful (looks pretty), it is slow and constantly logs you out, often without you knowing. Unfortunately it is pretty much mandatory to use this app to book or find out anything about the cruise ship. Cannot imagine how the cruise ships demographic (which tend to be older) even cope with using this app. I imagine it puts a massive burden on the crew having to deal with all the queries and complaints.
Very frustrating
This app is on the top ten of the worst apps I have ever used. Nothing links like it should and mor often than not when you change pages it will come up with a error or take you to a blank page. This is very frustrating as it has waisted a lot of time trying to book dinners and excursions.
Faulty
Error message shown time and again when trying to open app or have to login again.
Keeps confusing my account with my husbands.
Have emailed support a number of times and of course no reply. Jolly hopeless, can’t be bothered. I’d give 0 stars but I see the potential.
