The HubDespatch app has been designed to allow out of hours Despatching of jobs for companies using Hub Systems FMS Application.
Despatchers can review and allocate jobs to their drivers, as well as some management functions such as deallocating jobs, marking jobs as picked up, completing jobs, adding POD Names to stops. Unallocated jobs can be shown by Service Area, or Date, and Driver Details show online status, load status, allocated work and location on map.
Access can be restricted to allow customers to allocate work to their regular drivers, or allow dispatchers to manage separate areas without overlapping.
Once the app has been installed you must enter the FMS Company ID, and your user name and password.
