Not receiving alert notifications with new app
Like the feel of the new app. A number of the useful reports are no longer available though… System Flow Report was really helpful in old app.
Also since updating to the new app I am not receiving any notifications for alerts, the alerts have been set up and should be getting pushed as a notification (notifications are turned on) but they are not coming through.
Overall pretty disappointing.

Start all over again?
So the old app suddenly needs an account to access and all the configurations have been wiped… not a great update experience so far…
I can see my zones are still configured on the controller, but I can’t connect this new app because the controller says it’s linked to “another account”. But there is no other account? I only just created an account now because the app no longer worked?

Was Happy
The Old app was much better. Easy to use, easy to set up alerts that actally work.
The new app, can set up alerts for low pressure, high pressure, no internet and for rain sensor change.
The rain sensor change notification comes though every day 30+ times per day when not even raining.
All the other alerts I have set up I get no notifications when things have gone wrong.
Contact Hunter get unhelpful information. Not recommend at all but if working like the old app would highly recommend it.
