Trapped in a special side game

I have enjoyed playing this for years but now I cannot get out of a repetitive special Halloween game. I want to return to my main game but there does not seem to be a way to do this. Very disappointing. I would like the choice of opting out of all those special events instead of reliving all the tedious game play rules.

We're sorry to hear you weren't vibing with the most recent event. The tutorials are designed to be as uninterruptive and brief as possible as we understand many would prefer to jump straight into the action. Rest assured the tutorials only prompt once and you are not required to participate in the event afterwards if you choose not to. How hard is it to make the cards dealt based on probability and statistics, rather than rigging it in the favour of the computer so the player feels compelled to buy the power-up cards? You’ve taken a game that could have been really good and ruined it. Not fair. Not worth my time. Definitely not worth any money. Also, I see that you like to reply to negative reviews by implying that people are just disappointed to lose, so if you do respond I want to to specifically confirm or deny that the cards that are dealt aren’t 100% randomly generated for the player and their opponents, as you would expect of a properly shuffled deck of cards. And don’t just say you’re trying to make it more “challenging”.

Due to the shuffling of cards, it can be difficult to guarantee a balanced hand for each player however we assure you that your thoughts will be carefully relayed to our team as we are always focused on optimizing your experience further.

Too many Ads - but a great game!

I wanted to put 5 stars because i enjoy phase10 but my only issue is there is way too many ads and then it ask to pay to remove ads i mean really?? I dont mind ads now and then but all the time between a game before or after a game now thats just silly. This needs to be solved & il also change my star ratings once i see an improvement overall LOVELY & FUN 🤩 game to play mostly during this pandemic ✅
Level 30 though, is it really that necessary to make the computer win all the dahm time i have tried 2days now to pass that level , ridiculous! I feel thats unfair
