I’m a new user to Printicular, this is the 3rd time I’ve e.mailed my pictures to them. I’m impressed by the speed, quality and help full Staff, I would recommend this site, to family and friends.
The photos are usually ready in an hour, they will e.mail you, to let you know when to pick up. I can’t speak highly enough of Printicular, and am so glad I was told about them.

Really great effort, convient and useful
I really love this app, I use it pretty often when I want to print photos because it’s so user friendly and easy. Pick your photos, pick your size, crop them, ans off they go! Never tried the home delivery, but I use the pick up option all the time. I have no issues HOWEVER for some reason I never get notified that my photos are ready. I’m supposed to receive an email confirmation but it never comes through, so it’s guesswork whether or not they are done when I go to pick them up. If this bug was fixed, this app would absolutely get 5 stars. I’ll continue to use it anyway because it’s still such a good app, but I would love to see that feature fixed for me!
Anti support for clients
I ordered 100 photos from Printicular. Then I got my order and was super upset with results, because it’s not quality of photos I have (and I sent for the app). I have iPhone X and beautiful photos from that gadget. And it’s not work for $40 I payed.
I sent the message to mail support, they ask me to do scan of photos I’m not happy with. We drove to the different town to do scan, pay money for that, sent them back together with the originals.
And they never answer me back. I sent another two messages to the mail. Ask them to sent me the same order or give me my money back. They didn’t answer. After that I said for them that soon I’ll leave NZ, I should come back to Russia. Nobody answer me during 3 weeks. Thank you, support for amazing work and for care of your clients.
