Easy to use
Very easy to use. Click and start moving. No hurdles to delay the fleeting motivation to exercise. Great tool for a 10 min break after working at a desk (at home in leggings & t-shirt) to get blood pumping.
I love this app!!
Okay so I’m only new but so far it is light years better than any other app I’ve tried to use. It’s free, it’s easy, it gives you options. I’ll keep you posted.
