Absolutely USELESS
App used to work fine, however, last 3 months it just crashes every single time on both latest iPhone and iPad! Done the obvious e.g. delete, reinstall etc but no difference. What’s going on? Surely Jetstar can update customers on what the issue is? So many frustrated people can’t be good for business OR you just don’t care? What is it??
Update Aug 23: the new update is a major improvement. However, damage done!! It should never have taken years to improve!
On time
I fly you guys for business on a weekly basis.
I love the simplicity of it all: you get on board, no fuss, I always book a seat up front, I get my voucher snack, no silly, boring, never ending safety briefings… just what’s important (!), flight always leaves on time.
