You had one job, app

To let me into the gym.But app logs out every other use, claims bluetooth is disabled after login (it’s not), then spins and spins its wheels to finally let me tap the entry button. Even when the door shows green, NOPE you’re not going in yet, you’re going to fumble with it like an ape for another few seconds before your entry permission flows down the internets.Don’t tell me to reinstall the app or contact support, just fix it.

I have a single use case for this app - getting into the gym to workout. I don’t need any extra features, I just need that one main feature to work, and it’s very flakey. Opening the app, it takes a moment for the access widget to even show up (app seems to prioritize loading the marketing widgets). Also, I’ve had several instances where the app refused to work until it’s been updated, so I’m standing outside the gym in the cold, waiting for my phone to download a new version of the app before I can get in. Not a good user experience. Just let me into the gym!!

The app is good, do the get me wrong. I like being able to sign in to the gym with my phone. But surely a simple calendar function that tracks how often you access the gym would be a very useful feature. If you loom at the Anytime fitness app, it does this! The anytime app also can link to the fitness machines and track your carsio workouts. I most of all want a tracked list of my access time to the fym so I can see how many days ive turned up (or missed)

Today the app wouldn't let me use it to open the gym door unless I updated it. That's a very bad user outcome.Also when you open the app, the nfc sign in function should automatically be ready for use.
