This app seems great at first when you’re cashing out each of your wins. I transferred a few dollars here and there and thought to myself “hmm, I’ll just let this build up and then I’ll cash it out..” NOPE. Everyone I go to cash out, it says it’s unavailable and I have to wait for the timer (no problem, I’ve grown quite fond of solitaire to kill time). Last night I was a minute or so away from the time up, I minimised my screen for a moment and it was back at 2h 59m. I thought to myself “no, surely not - let me try something.” So I’ve done exactly that - I’ve screen recorded the last few minutes of the countdown and low and behold - one the dot, I click “cash out” and the countdown starts again. Infuriating to say the least. I messaged the care team to ask why that happens and haven’t received a response. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.
