Buggy App
I love the app when it works, but recently it won’t let me sign in. I reset my password and it keeps saying that the password and email don’t match. Meanwhile they do work from the website. So it does seem that the app is having trouble with authentication. I try and it seems to not even attempt to connect. It just flashes up the same statement.
Hard to be enthusiastic about an app that won’t even let me log on.
First Time Using Delivery
Worked really well! Never been through that process and almost NEVER use delivery option so thought it would be difficult, but it worked straight away, first try with zero issues and dinner is on the way. Sometimes when emergencies happen, it can be difficult to sort through solutions. This not one of those times, so thanks KFC NZ!!
Great food - not sure about the app
The food is always great but the delivery process/tracking from the app is not great. Every time I order I get a text to say that it’s on its way and a link to track my order but when I click on the link it tells me my order has already been delivered. My last order took an hour and half to arrive by which time it was after 9pm and I was a bit past it.
Not sure if this is the delivery partner, the store or the app but it needs to be looked at please.
Also can’t edit orders to choose drinks etc
